1:1 Personalized Nutrition & Somatic Support
Deep Dives into Your Unique Biology.
Trauma-informed functional nutrition for women. A premium, root-cause partnership combining functional science and somatic tools to heal your gut, balance your hormones, and restore your relationship with food.
Standard Protocols Fail Because They Ignore Your Unique Story
Most generic health advice tells you what to do, but completely ignores how your specific body is functioning. If you have been struggling with chronic digestive issues, stubborn hormonal imbalances, or a constant mental battle with food, you don’t need another rigid, external meal plan. You need answers rooted in your unique biology and your unique lifestyle.
True healing requires looking at the whole picture. It means looking at the physical data of your biochemistry through a trauma-informed lens, honoring the lived experience of your nervous system.
This is my highest level of individualized support, designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and help you step into a regulated, deeply embodied life.
Tailored to Your Needs and Your Location
Because health is not one-size-fits-all, our work together will adapt based on your health goals and your geographic location. We will embark on one of two distinct pathways:
Path A: Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
For women seeking clinical interventions for specific health conditions, gut dysfunction, or metabolic and hormonal imbalances.
- The Focus: Utilizing advanced functional laboratory data to drive clinical nutrition decisions and therapeutic adjustments.
- Insurance Coverage: Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance is proudly accepted for MNT sessions for eligible clients in participating states.
Path B: Nervous System & Somatic Coaching
For women focusing deeply on behavior shifts, stress-related symptoms, and somatic safety.
- The Focus: Utilizing body-centered somatic tools, polyvagal theory, and coaching to move out of chronic survival states and rebuild a peaceful, regulated relationship with food and lifestyle habits.
What Your 1:1 Partnership Includes
This program is designed to give you consistent, expert guidance as you transition away from symptom management and step into true resolution.
Bi-Weekly 30-Minute Targeted Sessions
We meet every other week for highly focused, efficient 1:1 sessions. These targeted deep dives are designed to fit into your busy life while giving you the perfect cadence of expert accountability and the time required to implement changes into your daily rhythm.
Co-Creating Your Personalized Toolkit
You won’t just be handed a static, rigid plan to follow. Together, we will actively build a customized, dynamic toolkit tailored to your lifestyle, energetic capacity, and unique preferences—allowing you to become the expert on your own body.
Functional Lab Testing & Clinical Interpretation (Optional Add-on)
Depending on your location and clinical goals, we have access to advanced functional lab work. This allows us to look closely at nutrient status, GI mapping, and metabolic health to replace guesswork with precise data.
Unlimited Mid-Week Messaging Support
Healing happens between appointments. You maintain direct, private messaging access to me throughout the workweek to troubleshoot obstacles, ask questions about your toolkit, and receive real-time somatic and nutritional support.
The Full Circle of Support
To ensure you have continuous resources and community spaces to lean into throughout your healing journey, your 1:1 program includes access to my entire digital ecosystem:
The Regulation Library (Included)
Complete access to self-paced video lessons and tools across our 4 Core Pillars. This serves as your blueprint for understanding nervous system safety, interoception, and somatic integration.
The Core Collective (Included)
Access to our private, women-only community container. You can join our twice-monthly live group sessions, connect with a dedicated sisterhood of women, and practice co-regulation in a safe, diet-culture-free space.
Commitment to Sustainable Change
Root-cause healing is a process of restoration, not a quick fix. Women typically commit to a collaborative timeline of 6 to 12 months to allow the body’s biology and nervous system to deeply adapt and sustain new baseline states.
Investment:
Programs start at $585 / month
Note:
Personalized programs vary based on your primary focus, timelines, and required functional lab work. Insurance coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield is available for MNT paths in eligible states.
Where I Practice
Due to state-by-state laws surrounding clinical nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), my ability to provide clinical 1:1 care depends on where you reside. During your initial application process, we will verify your location to see if you are eligible for Path A (MNT) or Path B (Somatic Coaching).
If you live in a highly restrictive state that prevents 1:1 clinical work entirely, you are still warmly welcome and legally permitted to join us from anywhere in the world inside The Regulation Library or The Core Collective.
Ready to Co-build Your Toolkit?
Because of the high-touch, tailored nature of this partnership, 1:1 openings are limited to ensure every client receives comprehensive care.
FAQs
What does “trauma-informed nutrition” actually mean?
Trauma-informed nutrition means establishing safety and stabilizing your nervous system is the first foundational step before implementing any dietary changes.
True healing requires more than just a meal plan; it requires understanding how your body’s threat response impacts digestion, metabolism, and your relationship with food. As a clinical nutritionist and a 500-hour trained trauma-informed yoga instructor, my methodology bridges the gap between physiological data and nervous system health:
- Stabilization First: We prioritize regulating your nervous system so your body is biologically receptive to digestion and healing, rather than stuck in a fight-or-flight response.
- Somatic Tools: We utilize specialized somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body’s internal signals safely.
- Pacing and Consent: Your physical healing is collaborative, ensuring that nutritional interventions never compromise your mental well-being or trigger survival-based anxiety.
Do you make meal plans for me?
No, I do not provide rigid, prescriptive meal plans. Prescribing rigid meal plans functions like another restrictive diet, which frequently harms metabolic flexibility, disconnects you from internal hunger cues, and undermines long-term recovery.
Instead of handing you a set of rules to follow, our work focuses on:
- Collaborative Skill-Building: We work together to develop flexible, intuitive nourishment rhythms that fit your schedule, preferences, and physiological capacity.
- Intuitive & Somatic Connection: Learning to recognize interoceptive hunger and fullness signals rather than relying on external counting apps or portion guides.
- Clinical Exceptions: Structured food protocols are utilized strictly on a short-term, case-by-case basis when medically necessary for active eating disorder renourishment.
Do you practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) or weight-neutral perspective?
Yes, absolutely. Embodied Core Nutrition operates from a strictly weight-neutral, Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned perspective.
I firmly believe that true health is about optimal cellular function and nervous system resilience, not shrinking your body to meet a broken societal standard.
- Root-Cause Focus: We focus entirely on healing your metabolism, restoring your biological rhythms, and resolving underlying physical symptoms.
- Zero Body Shaming: Your care will never utilize restrictive diets, body shaming, or scale-focused metrics that often trigger or worsen disordered eating patterns.
- Validating Your Experience: The severity of your physical symptoms and your suffering is determined by the distress in your mind and the damage to your system, not a number on a scale.
What is a CNS or Clinical Nutritionist?
A Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS) is an advanced clinical nutrition credential held by practitioners who provide personalized, science-based Medical Nutrition Therapy. Regulated through the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists and recognized by the American Nutrition Association, the CNS designation represents the highest standard of practice in functional, personalized nutrition.
To earn and maintain board certification as a CNS, a practitioner must complete:
- Advanced Degree: A Master of Science or Doctoral degree in clinical nutrition or a related biological health science.
- Rigorous Clinical Residency: 1,000 hours of supervised, direct clinical practice internship under approved credentialed supervisors.
- Board Examination: A rigorous, psychometrically validated examination covering biochemistry, pathophysiology, nutrient metabolism, and clinical assessment.
Unlike general nutritionists or health coaches, a CNS evaluates objective biomarkers, gut health, metabolic pathways, and medical histories to provide individualized clinical interventions.
